If you clicked the "here" button, you're either looking for information about what I teach, or a little more on my playing experience/credibility. Which is fair.

Coaching Techniques:
I focus on fundamentals and movement efficiency for each player, as well as address their understanding of what they are trying to do and their mental approach to the game.

Players who work with me will spend time on the drills that they need in order to self-adjust their movement patterns. Basically, I let them figure out the best way for them to move in order to be successful, rather than telling them what to try to do.

Once they become successful at each drill, we progress and increase the difficulty. I don't believe in creating a false sense of security for hitters, pitchers or catchers, the goal is to approach the points of failure in a controlled environment and then address the necessary solutions.

I believe training techniques should improve on-field performance, which is why even as a trainer I believe coaching teams remains a vital part of staying connected to the players. This will be my 14th year coaching.
