DIAMOND SERIES

CHIPS core programming includes skill-specific instruction and video analysis. Players are grouped by age & experience level to create a skill-competitive environment. Each group meets weekly for 1-hour sessions.

Our expert coaches know the pressures athletes face, from needing to stand out in showcases to competing for college scholarships. With proven training methods and a supportive environment, we help players gain the skills and confidence to excel.

PITCHING

Our pitching groups replicate the successful methods used by top college baseball programs, providing high school athletes with elite-level training. Each session focuses on developing long-term arm health & power through dynamic warmups, mobility exercises, targeted arm care, and plyometric routines. We use mechanical drills, Trackman data, and video analysis to help pitchers refine their delivery, enhance spin rate & efficiency, and improve velocity & accuracy.

INFIELD

Infield workouts will emphasize footwork, glovework, reading hops, and pre-pitch preparation/timing. Sessions will include individual instruction along with hand-eye coordination drills, Fungoman reps, rebounder drills, video analysis, and competitions.

HITTING

Hitting groups will focus on approach, timing, mechanics, and pitch recognition. Sessions will include individual drills, video analysis, machine BP, and weekly competitions.

STRENGTH

Our strength & conditioning groups are designed to build the foundation for elite on-field performance. We focus on enhancing speed, power, and endurance while preventing injuries.
